		<description><![CDATA[Everything is personal.  Life is personal.  Unfortunately, we live in a culture that no longer values integrity.  People rationalize, self-justify, blame others, hide in the dark, and if they are not totally gone, if they are still able to recognize the reality of &quot;right and wrong,&quot; they are loathe to ever admit that anything they do is &quot;wrong.&quot;  Cynical?  Less than you think.

I would faint if a business, employee, person actually said, &quot;I&#039;m sorry.&quot;
