Life is personal. Unfortunately, we live in a culture that no longer values integrity. People rationalize, self-justify, blame others, hide in the dark, and if they are not totally gone, if they are still able to recognize the reality of “right and wrong,” they are loathe to ever admit that anything they do is “wrong.” Cynical? Less than you think.

I would faint if a business, employee, person actually said, “I’m sorry.”
